Last two weeks, I was invited to a friend's home for Malaysian food. They cooked us " Assam Laksa" which is a famous street food in Penang, Malaysia. The soup is made by fish, assam, chili, tomato and lots of ingrediant that I don't know about it. Also, they will put cucumber, pineapple, mints and a spoon of shrimp paste before you eat.
I had my first bowl of assam laksa was in 2003 when I worked as a flight attendant. I was so amazed by the street foods both the price and taste!
